Holder of a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Bath, a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Building Engineering (1st Class, hons.) from Kyambogo University, a Higher Diploma in Construction (Building and Civil Engineering) from Uganda Polytechnic Kyambogo. Has 29 years of professional experience in Structural Engineering Design, Project planning, Site engineering, and Operations & Maintenance in busy engineering environments. Specific areas of Training and expertise include: Project Planning and Management, Site Engineering, Project Leadership, and Human Resource Management.
