David Elder, the Managing Director of Griffiths &Elder Co. our partners in the Weighbridge department, visited Armpass in February 2012. The highlight of his visit was the tour of the different weighbridge stations and meetings with officials from the Ministry of Works & Transport and Uganda National Roads Authority.
